Come to a yoga practice that prepares you for all aspects of Thanksgiving — build up a healthy appetite, encourage moderation AND open the heart to gratitude. We start with hip-openers and standing poses and follow with a vigorous sun salutation series. There will be poses for the front body — developing a freer sense of breath and circulation and a naturally upright posture. We’ll proceed to some mild inversions and restoratives. And cap it all off with a short meditation. Class is suitable for all levels — Yoko provides easier alternatives.
